the location was marvellous - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. moreover, it was right by higashi shinjuku metro station, public transport, and bars.

This place is conveniently situated near public transportation and there is a nearby store with a good selection of snacks and drinks, which was unexpected and appreciated.

The sleep in the capsule was unexpectedly peaceful. Cheap laundry and clean amenities. Confusion about towel retrieval, but otherwise, seamless experience. Convenient location in Shinjuku with plenty to see and eat nearby. Nice staff, spacious capsules, and decent showers.

Great location - it was awesome and super central. You could reach the lake with just a 15-minute walk 🚶‍♂️.

The capsule at this hotel was surprisingly spacious, even for someone as tall as me. They provided towels, toiletries, and even pajamas. The lockers were convenient for backpacks and valuables, while the room was perfect for suitcases. The location was great, with easy access to multiple stations and delicious food options like Sushi Zanmai and Ramen Zundou-ya.

That the lockers on a different floor from the capsules were a bit small, but it wasn't a big issue as most people just left their suitcases in the room. it was a comfortable stay with no major problems.

I had a great experience at this capsule hotel. It was my first time in Japan and staying in a capsule hotel, but everything went smoothly. The location was fantastic, just a 4-minute walk to the subway, surrounded by plenty of places to eat. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was kind and even allowed us to stay for an extra night when our plans changed. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the capsule was, and it was surprisingly quiet. The shower facilities were also clean and the staff was friendly. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near bars and restaurants and within walking distance of Shinjuku.
